Beautiful Sunlit Artist Apartment

I am looking for a responsible friendly clean roommate in our antique filled artist apartment. This is a beautiful artist apartment classic to the east village/alphabet city. Unlike alot of apts in NYc it's large, renovated, has a true living room, The bedroom is FURNISHED with a brand new Queen bed and a brand new mattress with pillows and linens and ac unit. It is brightly lit, has tall ceilings, has a bookshelf, Closet and lots of storage. Older applicants and Students are welcome. YOU MUST have a job. YOU MUST be clean. YOU MUST be ok with large dogs. Long term and short term ok. Rent is $1350 + 200 which includes utilities and housekeeper for the general house about once a month. We are near the best mom and pop restaurants and farmers markets. There is a bus right in front of the apt, and we are one long block from the east river park with a track, and places to bike. The subway is a quick walk which shoots you to w4 or midtown in a jiff. There are heaps of amenities, a pool across the street, and a laundry around the corner that delivers. We also have a bike room downstairs. Our ceilings are high and the rooms are proper. We've never had bed bugs. I am happy to help provide advice on the area.

I am a fashion editor. No high maintenance, difficult personalities. This is a bright warm, happy apartment. Its noisy, full of life, food, guests. Your girlfriend and boyfriend are welcome as long as they are respectful. There is a chefs kitchen you are welcome to use as long as you replace anything you break and don't scratch up the nonstick pans. We are looking forward to meeting everyone!
