Looking for a female around 25 yrs or older to take over my lease in a 2nd floor, 3-bedroom apartment located in East Village/Alphabet city. It?s right in the area of so many great bars, restaurants and near a few parks and the east side river. Also a short walk to 2nd Avenue and 1st Avenue Street station.
The rent is $1,300 a month and the lease runs until May 1, 2020. Wifi and electric are the only additional utilities to be paid by both are low since split between 3 people. Rent is paid easily and individually online.
The apartment itself is furnished, you would just need to bring furniture for your room. Room fits my queen size bed, dresser and nightstand easily. Plenty of closet space and storage space.
Roommates are great! Very laid back. They tend to travel or be out a lot so you have the place to yourself sometimes but they?re also cool to hangout with when they?re around. I would love to stay in the apartment if I wasn?t moving out of the city!
