Room for rent in Alphabet City 2bd/1ba walk-up apartment with June 1 move-in. Looking for someone to take over my lease June 2019-June 2020 (with last month free rent).

It's a fantastic renovated apartment w washer/dryer in unit (!!), dishwasher, hardwood floors, exposed brick, high ceilings. The available room is the larger of the two, w small balcony and fire escape. The room will be unfurnished; it can easily fit a full-sized bed, nightstand, dresser, shelf. The apartment is just east of Tompkins Square Park, a short walk to F, 6, N, R, L trains, and down the street from M15, M14A, M8, M9 buses.

You'd share the apartment with my roommate ??she's 28, works 9-6, friendly, clean, and easy to get along with. Looking for someone respectful and okay with cats (6 yo indoor cat, keeps to himself mostly).
