Great apartment in Alphabet City!

About the Apartment: We have a lovely apartment in the East Village with a good sized kitchen, living room, bathroom and a private bedroom. It is on a 5th floor walk up and the room fits a full sized bed, dresser and good sized closet with shelf for storage. Fully Furnished optional if you'd like. All common space is shared and your room is to do what you like as long as you are respectful.

The Neighborhood: It is a quiet building on a quiet street (13th between A and B) and very close to a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and Tompkin Square Park. It is .3 miles from the L and about a 12 min walk to union square. The busses are also great and reliable on 14th street. Laundry is not in the building but there are a bunch of good places around the corner. !*Trader Joes and Trader Joes Wine Shop is close, and there is a Target one block away!
