Looking for roommate to move into a one of a kind penthouse, duplex apt in Alphabet City with myself and my roommate Blake.
The apt has 2 floors, 4 large rooms + kitchen + dining room + living room, 3.5 bathrooms, enormous private roofdeck, washer/dryer in-unit, washing machine, and tons of storage space in between the stairs that lead up to our second floor and private roof.
We're looking to be 3 people total in the apt and are seeking another professional in their 20s or early 30s to come join our great place! My roommate / I both work in finance and are pretty easygoing and like to have a good time. Pretty open to different kinds of roommates, just looking for someone who will be clean and respectful (cleanliness of shared spaces is a must!).
Blake / I have lived in the apt for two years now and think it is really one of a kind. Looking forward to connecting.
