You'll get a quiet, sunlit bedroom facing a spacious backyard away from the street. The building (adelenyc. com) is a new luxury apartment building with incredible amenities that are very well maintained: furnished rooftop with great views, doorman, in-house gym, in-unit washer/dryer, private shuttle bus service, etc. Possibility (but not expectation) of keeping some of previous roommate's furniture.
