Open Room in Alphabet City Apartment

We?re renting out one room of a 3 br in our pre-war building in Alphabet City on the corner of 3rd St and Ave C. $1363/mo + utilities ($40-60 per person). Lease is Aug 1 - July 31, 2020. Bedroom is approximately 10?x10?. Large shared living room and kitchen. Shared space is fully furnished: futon sofa, TV, kitchen appliances, etc. Your bedroom will be unfurnished. Apt is pseudo-railroad: It has two wings, each with it?s own entrance. One wing has our two bedrooms. The other wing has the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The wings are connected by the bedroom trying to fill. When you?re not in the room, we can walk through the bedroom. However, when you are in there, we can go around (exit the unit and re-enter on the other wing).
