Room in Spacious 2-Bedroom LES Apt

I am renting out the other room in my 2-bedroom apartment in LES/Alphabet City beginning August 1st. The room comes furnished with a queen bed (w/ drawers built into the bed frame) and a spacious closet with additional overhead storage. The apartment is very well lit with three large windows in the common rooms and one in the bedroom. The kitchen is modern and has a full washer/dryer unit. The bathroom was recently renovated and has two sinks. The rest of the apartment is super spacious and fully furnished.
