- two avenues away from the East River path
- Im around the corner from several bus lines (M8, M9, 14D) and a 10 minute walk from the L and F trains so it's very easy to get around.

THE COST:
- $2060 for the room
- Approx $35 for cable/internet
- $30-60 for electricity depending on the season
- security deposit due upon move-in

My roomate is moving out in the next two weeks. The apartment is currently month to month however looking to renew for a year in September.
