My 2 roommates (m/f) are awesome and very easy-going! They are super clean as is the entire apartment! House keeper is coming every 2 weeks!
Rent is $1500 plus electricity, internet, and house keeper the latter of which are shared by all 3 tenants. Security deposit is $1000.
Laundry in the basement! Elevator! 6th/7th floor! Building superintendent is awesome and can fix everything!
Neighborhood is just amazing! Super nice restaurants around the house, bars and fun deli guys! East River park is 2 blocks away! Public pool 2 blocks!
