East Village Summer Sublet

Hello! I am looking for someone to sublet my room in the East Village for the month of June for $1,300 a month plus electricity and wifi. I am flexible to extending the sublet longer depending on the tenant/situation. The apartment is a 3 bed 1 bath on 9th street with bodegas, grocery stores, and Tompkins Square Park just around the corner. The building also has laundry in the basement, a gym, and a backyard patio with grills free for residents to use. The bedroom comes furnished with a full sized bed, chair, mirrors, and drawers as well as an AC unit and there is a flatscreen TV with apple home in the shared living space. The other room mates are both college girls so someone similar would be preferred but not required! The pictures I have listed show the apartment/building however when I return to NYC next week I plan on taking more to better show the place.
