Unfurnished Private Room on a Quiet Street

A private room in large, century-old, Alphabet City apartment on a dead-end street with little traffic. The room is small - a queen-sized bed can fit but fills up most of the space - but the apartment has a living room, dining room, and kitchen. The room has a window that looks out on green trees and has fire escape access. The apartment has no shower, but there is a deep claw-footed bathtub surrounded by my collection of dollar-store toys. There is no air conditioning, but the building (The Mildred) stands alone with no building close to it (schoolyard to the west, community garden to the east). There is no microwave, but there is a gas stove, toaster, blender, crock pot, ice cream maker, waffle iron, and George Foreman grill. I prefer to live with creative people who love New York City., so please tell me a bit about yourself. I will not respond to all inquiries.
