A very private "studio" in a shared 2 bedroom apartment.
A cozy fully furnished space with your own private living room with tv and private bathroom. We welcome the use of the shared kitchen galley area tucked away on one side of the apartment. There is desk for working in your bedroom and private eating and sitting area with a microwave and coffee make for your use as soon as you enter the premises. The full size bed is really confortable. and we provide sheets and towels as well!
. Moving days are flexible. The other side of the apartment is the residency of Joel, the Landlord, an architect who stays few days x week. We promise you will feel at home but have all the privacy needed at the same time!
Located in Alphabet City, in the heart of the East Village and only two blocks to the Crosstown bus, L train; Trader Joe's and Target!
