1-2 Bedrooms in ABC City

Hello! I am looking to have someone take over my room in a 3 bedroom apartment. The other two roommates have not been in town for over a year.

The room fits a full-sized bed. And I will leave behind and wardrobe/closet and my A/C unit. (You will have to provide your own bed.)

The apartment has a full bath, full kitchen with a fridge, stove, and microwave. The living room will be furnished with a couch, tv, etc.

Also open to having someone rent out a second room if you're looking for more space or a possible bedroom/office situation.

Rent prices are negotiable!!

Located in Alphabet City in the East Village. Quick walk to Tompkins Square Park and several bars, restaurants opening back up on Ave A and in the LES.
