The building is 10 stories, has two elevators, Security cameras and mailboxes on the main floor.

Apartment is on the 3rd floor and only two flights up. The apartment is a three bedroom, living room, kitchen and dining area. I have a washing machine that can be use but clothes must be removed right after each wash. Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge, toaster, microwave, toaster oven, blender, pots, and pans. No dishwasher. Dining room is furnished as well as the living room, the bathroom in great conditions.

Requirements for roommates
No guests/sleepovers
Cleaning up after each use of bathroom/kitchen.
Honest, dependable, nice person and someone trustworthy.

The rent is $1350 a month with a one time security deposit when you move in. The security deposit is refundable when you move out as long as no rent is owed. electricity is included, cable/WiFi bill gets split (shared bill)
