SHARING AREAS: Person will be sharing living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. "Most" of the entire apartment will be shared with my guests, EXCEPT the second bedroom, which is my own bedroom and is not for sharing. ? The living room has leather reclining sofa, 42" TV, cable, free internet, phone line, fax and printer; ? Dining room area has a glass top table with 4 chairs to enjoy your meals; ? Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, microwave, stove, dishwasher, freezer, blender, coffee/tea machine, toaster and all cooking pans to cook your meals; ? Bathroom has a shower and a bathtub, hairdryer and towels, shampoo, soap; ? Second bedroom, my own bedroom is not available for sharing.

BUILDING AMENITIES: Building has laundry machines, Roof Terrace, Garden and Promenade recreational area inside the building complex by Hudson River.

FITNESS/GYM: Arrangements can be made for a free pass to New York Sports Club Fitness during the length of your stay.

LOCATION: This apartment location is amazing!!! - There's a Yacht Marina, Freedom Tower (World Financial Center and Hudson River Promenade ) right near the building, Wall Street (5 min away), 9/11 Memorial and much more.
You can enjoy a walk or run in downtown Manhattan, which is a short distance to upscale Tribeca, Soho and all the best restaurants and shopping New York has to offer.

This is a Family friendly building with lots of Parks (minute from the apartment); stores, dry cleaning, boutiques, supermarkets, nail salon, parking garage, Dollar Rental Car, Chase Bank, wine store, Pharmacy, Restaurants (South West & Merchants River House) and cafes just down the street. - There is a huge movie theater just a 5 min walk, in front of Goldman Sachs offices.
