You would have your own room on the 34th floor of a doorman building in Battery Park near the water. It has a big window with a city view, a huge closet, and the room measures 12 by 15 feet (very big by NY standards!) Room is converted. Comes furnished with a full-size bed and desk.
Move-in July 1 (flexible!)
You would be renting 1 of 3 bedrooms in the apartment.
Long-term stay only (6 months minimum.)
You'll be living with me and one other roommate. About me: I'm a guy who graduated from college in 2009. TV news producer.
The other roommate is a woman is her early 30s who is a nurse. We are both at work a lot!
There are two bathrooms in the apartment. You would share one bathroom with her.
Building has rooftop access with great water views and a free gym.
