One of my roommates is moving out and I am looking for a new roomie to sign onto the 2022/2023 lease starting 5/27 (earlier move in is also possible if needed).

This is an incredibly large flex room (largest I’ve ever seen in lower Manhattan!) that can fit queen/king size furniture, has a private ac/heat unit, remarkable views of the world trade memorial, excessive shelving space and a private closet located in the hallway.

Other apartment features include: Large living room space and large shared kitchen space. Plenty of closet and storage space that we all share. There is laundry in the building, as well as a full service gym. And in the summer, our building has an outdoor pool!

I'm a 31-year-old female working full time in advertising. I have normal 9-6pm hours and am currently working from home mostly, but also going into the office 2 days a week. After work I enjoy working out, happy hour, and movie night! On the weekends I like to be outside as much as I can and explore all the beauty and entertainment Battery Park City has to offer. There are tons of bars, restaurants, delis and grocery stores in the neighborhood.

The other roommate that will be signing onto the lease is female in her early thirties and is also very friendly, outgoing and loves to explore the town!
