This is a converted 2 bedroom apartment with a full wall installed to divide the second bedroom from the living room. The available room in the converted bedroom. It's about 12 ft x 9.5 ft, with plenty of room for a full or queen. (I currently have a full mattress in the room, and there's tons of space all around the bed. You can easily fit a TV, a desk, and a dresser in the space). There's also a huge window in the room. I'll be taking over my roommate's bedroom, and the living room and bathroom will be shared.

The layout of the space makes it feel like a true 2 bedroom -- there's a full living room with a couch and TV as well as a large kitchen and shared bathroom. This is a doorman building with a really nice, two-level gym, laundry/dry cleaning service, and washers and dryers on each floor. There's also a huge (and usually empty) lounge on the top floor with great views.
