This is a converted 2 bedroom apartment with a full wall installed to divide the second bedroom from the living room. The available room is the converted bedroom. It's about 12 ft x 9.5 ft, with plenty of room for a full or queen. (Current roommate has a full mattress in the room, and there's tons of space all around the bed. You can easily fit a TV, a desk, and a dresser in the space). There's also a huge window in the room (the view is of the building across the way, but the natural light is fairly good). The living room and bathroom will be shared.

The layout of the space makes it feel like a true 2 bedroom -- there's a full living room with a couch, TV, and almost brand-new Xbox 1 (big FIFA and Red Dead Redemption player here) as well as a large kitchen and shared bathroom. This is a doorman building with a two-level gym, laundry/dry cleaning service, and two washers and two dryers on each floor. There's also a huge (and usually empty) lounge on the top floor with great views.
