We are two female professionals in our late twenties who are looking for someone who is responsible, clean and generally quiet. We mostly keep to ourselves, with the exception of movie/dinner nights here and there. The room itself is quite spacious and can fit a queen bed, dresser and has an extra storage area. You will also have a closet. The building features a valet, front desk, laundry rooms on every floor, rooftop area with lounge chairs and a beautiful view of the Statue of Liberty, new gym and updated elevators. Convenient access to the 1, 2, 4, 5, N, Q, R trains, World Trade Center, Oculus and Wall Street, walking distance to Whole Foods and Stone Street. Steps from Battery Park. Rent is $1,450/month, with a security deposit of $1,450 and utilities averaging about $75 per person each month. We are looking for someone to agree to a September 1, 2020 ? August 31, 2021 rent length.
