View of Statue of Liberty from bedroom!

the Apartment is a 3-bedroom flex apartment with one true room. My room is the biggest room with the most sunlight but it's one of the flex, we are also trying to find someone for the true one bedroom. It's spacious (650sqft) and has plenty of light and faces the Hudson and the Statue of Liberty. It's newly renovated with brand new appliances, bathroom, tile, and flooring. It's definitely a great space with plenty of room to lounge in a living room.

It's great having people over and can comfortably fit 10-12 guests. The roof-deck has the best view of the Statue of Liberty in the city (and it's private).
Every time someone new comes over they are blown away by this place, especially for the cost. The building has an amazing entrance that feels like it was painted by Michelangelo and is the first thing people say when they walk in. The elevators are super fast (6) of them and the package guy is pretty cool as well. No complaints at all about this place. It's a dream NYC apartment. Average utilities are $50-$60/mo with the laundry room conveniently located on the floor (about 5 steps from leaving the apt door)
