Large Flex Room in Battery Park

Hi! This is a large flex room in a spacious apartment in battery park. There is an ac/heating unit in the bedroom. The building is located within a few minute walk to the 1, R, W,4,5 and J trains. The building has a 24 hour doorman and valet for packages, dry cleaning, etc. there is laundry on the floor. I am having to move out due to personal reasons but my roommate is amazing and very respectful. I will be adding pictures of the room itself.
