- 2 Private outdoor spaces - 100 square feet terrace at the front and 700 square feet roof deck (with grill and nice view)
- Pool table in the apartment
- 2 huge and separate living rooms, huge kitchen...everything is big.
- Keycard access into the building and up to your floor...you never need to carry keys again.
- Washer/dryer and dishwasher in the apartment...it's life-changing.
- Central AC in the common areas, and AC in each bedroom

If you're interested in upgrading your current living situation to the above, please let me know. You'll be sharing the place with a girl and 3 guys, all in their late 20's, professionals (but social), and all are easy to get along with.

Ideal move in date is August 5th. The room itself is good sized, easily fits a queen-sized bed, desk, dresser.
