Our roommate is moving out of our 2,500 sq. ft. furnished four bedroom penthouse loft, and we are looking for someone to fill his room. We are looking for someone to sign a lease that lasts through June 2018 (though there is some flexibility here). The security deposit is only one month's rent, and there are no other fees (only need one month's rent and security deposit). We share utilities and monthly cleaning service. Likely opportunity to renew lease after current lease expires if interested.

The building is located on Bowery between Rivington and Spring and is two blocks from Whole Foods. It's a five-minute walk to multiple subway lines (6, BDFM, RW, J) and a quick walk to SoHo, NoHo, the LES, and the Village. Some of the city's best bars, restaurants, lounges, and clubs are only blocks away.

The three of us that are staying in the apartment are chill guys in our late 20s who go out but keep it low key during the week due to work. We'd prefer someone who is employed full-time.
