One of our roommates is relocating, so we have a unfurnished bedroom available from September 2nd in our incredible 5 bedroom loft. Since I assume you have gone through countless ads already, I will make this easy and list the highlights of the apartment:

- 3,000 SF apartment...it's a full floor. Yep, 3,000 SF and that's not including the outdoor space.

- The elevator opens directly into the apartment. Your friends will be impressed.

- 2 Private outdoor spaces - 100 SF terrace at the front and 700 SF roof deck (with grill and heat lamps)

- Pool table in the apartment

- 2 huge and separate living rooms, huge kitchen...everything is big.

- Keycard access into the building and up to your floor...you never need to carry keys again.

- Washer/dryer and dishwasher in the apartment...it's life-changing.

- Prime location at Bowery & Spring (If you know where The General is, or where the club Finale is...you live above there. Whole Foods is 2 blocks away)

- Central AC in the common areas

If you're interested in upgrading your current living situation to the above, please let me know. The other people who live here are all males in their late 20's and 30's, educated, professionals (but social), and all are easy to get along with. Ideal move in date is anytime in start of September. The rent is $2377 per month - which is a steal when you see what you're getting for it. The room itself is unfurnished but is the biggest in the apartment, so don't worry it can fit all your belongings and more.
