. Hello! We have a beautiful three bedroom, three bathroom apartment in southern Harlem. It's completely renovated and in an amazing area. The available room and bathroom is separate and very private. We are both responsible mature females who work long hours are rarely home. Half a block to the A/C trains right around the corner and 5 minute walk 2/3 train. Great grocery stores, restaurants/brunch spots. 10 minute walk to Columbia University. Commute is 35 minutes to Wall St. We like to keep a clean living space and expect that our roommate do the same. The room is furnished!
