I am looking for a roommate ASAP in my 2BR apartment located North of Central Park.

My name is Julie I am a 33 year old Franco-american. I moved to New York 7 years ago to work as an event planer

I am friendly, respectful, calm, open minded and will not impinge on your personal space. I like going out with friends when I am not working or enjoy the comfort of the apartment (with a wine of glass ;) )

The apartment is located north of Central Park (on 112th street) in a friendly neighborhood with Laundromat, super markets, banks and post office nearby.
Subway station nearby: 2-3 at 3 minute walk/ B-C less than 10 minute walk and 6 at a 15 minute walk

The sunny room is furnished with a queen size bed, a dressing , a desk and is located courtside so very quiet. It can come unfurnished.

We will be sharing the rest of the apartment, one bathroom, living room and kitchen.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor and offer lot of lights

The monthly rent rate is inclusive of utilities.

Room is available from September 4th looking preferably for a long term

No lease to sign or broker fee.
A security deposit of $1400 is needed to move in
