UES Bedroom in 3BR Duplex

So the location is the upper east side, cross streets are 102nd and Park avenue. It's 2 blocks from central park and 2 blocks from the 103 station on the 6 line which makes getting around super convenient. Only takes about 25 minutes to get downtown. I am a graduating senior at NYU, continuing on for my master's. I'm really laid back and easy going, i like to be tidy but i'm not picky as long as people keep their mess in their own space. My other roommate is the same way. We are 100% LGBT friendly as we are both in steady relationships as LGBT persons. We are respectful people, quiet and keep to ourselves, but we're also happy to make friends if wanted!
