3Bd On Central Park North (Lease Takeover)

Hello,

I'm moving out of NYC and looking to pass my lease on to one or more people (up to 3 since it is a 3 bedroom apartment) starting June 30 (or earlier) and all the way through March 2021 (at which point you would have the option of renewing the lease with the landlord).

It's a spacious and sunny apartment located in a safe neighborhood, one block from Central Park North, and one block from the 2,3, B, C subway lines and the M2, M3, M4 buses.
Grocery stores, delis, laundromats, a liquor store, and pharmacy within a ONE block radius. Many restaurants/cafes/bars in the area as well including a Mexican joint called Cantina RIGHT downstairs. Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Whole Foods and multiple banks/stores also within walking distance.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, one furnished living room, a large kitchen and a bathroom. Two of the rooms are currently furnished (one of them with a TV as well) so ideally, I'm looking for someone who would want to buy the furniture off me at a reasonable price. The rent for the whole apartment is $3000, but because the rooms are of different sizes, the rent breakdown would look something like this:
-Big room: $1150
-Medium room: $1000
-Small room: $850

WHO AM I LOOKING FOR?
People that my landlord would approve of. So good credit, employed or full-time student (with a guarantor).
Also, CLEAN and responsible.
