Sunny furnished bedroom on Fifth Avenue

This room is located in a two bedroom owner occupied apartment in a 24/7 door man building. The apartment is serene and the bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the apartment. There is shared access to kitchen (with dishwasher and kitchen essentials ), living room, dining area, sitting room and bathroom. The building's laundry room is open 24 hours.

I divide my time between the art world and a landscape/design business. After long working hours I welcome the tranquility of my home. And don't entertain much.

The room is furnished with a daybed, closet, chest of drawers, bookcase, bed linens and towels.
