Hi My roommate and I have an extra room available for either short or long term. it's a furnished room with your own bathroom available on the UES between Madison & Park Avenue so a 1 minute walk to Central Park. It's also a 2 minute walk to the 6 train and 4 minute walk to the Q train. Let me tell you about he roommates: 1. Female late 20s who works two jobs and goes to school part time. She works in education and at local store. 2. Female Early 30s who is a branding & fundraising consultant in the arts. Have lived together for almost 6 years and the other girls lived here for almost 4 all drama free and we're hoping to continue that! Females only apply!
