Looking for a roommate in a newly renovated spacious 3-bedroom apartment. The bedroom can fit a king-sized bed and has a large closet with ample space for additional furniture. The apartment is only 1 block from Central park and the Cathedral Parkway Station (B & C). Additionally, easy access to the bus lines (M10, M3, M4) and a Citi bike station is conveniently located across the street. The building is also just minutes from Morningside Park and Columbia University. The apartment has overhead recessed lighting and brand new stainless steel appliances including a WASHER DRYER and dishwasher. We are two males in our mid-20s and the lease would be from November 1st, 2019 until April 30th, 2020 with possibility to renew.
