Private True Bedroom available in luxury building

True one bedroom in a luxury building on West 57th and 11th ave. The amenities of this amazing building are 24/7 doormen, package room, gym fully equipped (even with peloton bikes), basketball court, yoga room, children's playroom, pool tables, bicycle room, two community lounges with multiple tvs, screening room, roof terrace with grills and 360 views. This apartment was a one bedroom that we flexed into a two. I am in the flexed room and my roommate is in the true bedroom but is moving out in September. The lease will end at the end of September but I want to stay in the building so we would need to sign a new lease.

Our apartment has a washer/dryer and the only thing besides rent that we pay for is internet and electricity, the building pays for the water. Utilities normally cost a total of around $65 per month in the summer. The true bedroom is large and has a large closet with plenty of room for hanging clothes and storing things on shelves. Your part of the rent would cost $2550.

I am a graduate student and many of the residents in the building are students as well but the walls are very thick therefore you cannot hear much from neighbors. I am really quiet and often remain in my room either doing school work or watching tv and am very clean. I'm looking for a roommate that is clean and quiet(respectful of late night hours etc).

The building is a great location that is far enough away from tourists to keep it quiet but is one block from the Hudson River and near bus stops to take you anywhere. Plus Columbus Circle is about a 12-minute walk away which has the A, C, B, D, & 1. One block from Columbus Circle is the N, R, W, & Q. All of these can be reached by walking but also via the M12 or M57 which is a 1-minute walk from the building. Central Park is around a 15-minute walk away as well. We are also right next to Hell's Kitchen which provides numerous options for eating out.
