Private room near Central Park

Located near the border of the Upper West Side and Harlem in Manhattan, our Central Park Manhattan House is close to plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes.

The house is right around the corner from the 116th Street stop on the A, B and C trains, and a 13-minute walk from the 116th Street stop on the 1 train.

The house is a newly renovated space with air conditioning in every room, updated appliances and hardwood floors. Each apartment is furnished and comes equipped with everything you?ll need to feel at home, from pots and pans to throw pillows. All of the spaces are massive compared to your average New York City apartment.
Your room will be move-in ready, just like the rest of the house. There?s no need to even bring a pillow. Most of the rooms at the Central Park Manhattan House are private, although limited shared rooms are available.

Amenities: memory foam full-size mattresses, memory foam pillows, extension cords to your bedside, shelving, hooks, bed linens, towels, and a closet/organizational tools.
Services: Bed linens and towels prepared for you when you arrive.
The kitchen forms the core of the house, and for good reason. In each apartment, the kitchen and dining room are the first rooms you enter into. These spaces each have dining room tables and enough space for the entire floor to comfortably gather. These spaces are used for potluck dinners, solo meals and chats in the evening over a glass of wine.

Amenities include gas stoves, stainless steel fridges, microwaves, large sinks, coffee makers, plenty of cabinets, cookware, tableware, cutting boards, and anything else you would need in a kitchen.
Also included: salt, pepper, sugar, coffee grounds, paper towels and dish soap, all of which is routinely restocked.

We provide many bathroom essentials, as well. Each of the apartments has two full bathrooms, so you?ll never have to wait.

Also included: toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and body wash, which will never be empty! We also provide hairdryers, so there?s no need to bring your own.

Every apartment has its own washer-dryer combo.
