Seeking a fabulous, easy going, & considerate human to sign a 1 year lease (4/1) with me!
Apartment is in East Harlem, steps away from Central Park Conservatory garden?which is one of New York?s best kept secrets, so shhhh :)
It is on the top floor of a walk up, and worth every step! It's bright and sunny, newly renovated, bedroom can comfortably fit a queen bed, and its overall a real gem. Rent would be $1400 a month. Please serious inquires only. You must have good credit, make 40X the rent all that good stuff in order to sign the lease. I am not on the current lease so we would have to apply together !

About me: I am an early childhood special educator and work with toddlers on the autism spectrum. I can be social but also know how to read a room and would not force an interaction! On my spare time I enjoy working out (crossfit and yoga), being creative and making soul connections with other amazing humans
