Looking for female rooomate!

LOOKING FOR 1 ROOMMATE.
SEPT 1ST MOVE IN (Or earlier is okay) Central Park North/East Harlem. Must be willing to sign a 12 month lease. 1 month deposit.
We are looking for a third roommate. We are two working women in our mid-20s and 30s (one works in education; the other works in entertainment) who have lived in NYC the past four years. We get along and are friendly, but often do our own things too. We don?t really bring the party to the apt, but are chill about having guests over every now and then. Our ideal roommate is clean, respectful, responsible, and friendly.
We live in a 3 bedroom high rise in East Harlem/Central Park North. It?s very spacious for NYC, with a full kitchen separate from the living room. It is on the corner of Central Park and just a few blocks away from Museum Mile. Located on the edge of Harlem, it is surrounded by a vibrant culture and accessible to many modes of public transportation.
It is a 3-minute walk from the 2/3 train, 7-minute walk from the 6 train.
20 minutes to Times Square, 20 minutes to Grand Central Station.
M1, M2, M3, M4 bus stops right outside as well.
