EDIT: We are looking to fill this room for the beginning of December. This would be to join a lease but the terms are VERY lax and you will have the freedom to leave the apartment before the lease term ends OR to resign in the new term.

I am looking for someone to fill this beautiful room that is a block away from Central Park north.

This large room with a closet can easily fit a full-size bed and furniture.

There are three roommates in the apartment in separate rooms. You would share a bathroom with one roommate, the apartment has two bathrooms in total. There is already one cat in the apartment who mainly stays in her owner's room. The kitchen includes a dishwasher. There is also a storage room in the apartment. Laundry is in the building and roof access is available.

Heat and Hot water are included.

Utilities are internet and electricity and typically range around 40-60 dollars a month.

Second-story walkup on a quiet Manhattan street.

At the end of the block, there is the 2/3 Central Park North stop, and two blocks the other way is the Cathedral Parkway B/C stop which means convenient public transportation to midtown ( and honestly anywhere really in NYC)

Grocery store at the end of the block. Delis, restaurants, as well as other amenities are within a short walk!
