Hi! Bright and Sunny room is available in large two bedroom apartment for non smoking FEMALES preferred to share with non smoking female. Union Square/ Chelsea area. Elevator building, WiFi internet, air conditioning with FREE GYM room and LAUNDRY in building. Close to most subways. Small terrace off of room. Very safe! Room currently has a double bed, armoire, desk, nightstand, lamp, mirror. Everything is provided... blankets, towels, sheets, pillows, etc. if you need them. If you have things you want to go in to the room I will try to accommodate. Close to Google, Farmer's Market, Highline, Union Square, and all subways. Safe, friendly with tons of hot water!

PLEASE READ: start date is Sept 1 and end date is either May 30, 2023 or AUG 2023. Please do not ask me if you can start In October... leave in January etc. I say this because I have gotten a lot of responses here and my other ads that are not the timeframe I'm asking for. I'm not saying that to be mean but to save both of us time! And also FEMALES only!

About me: University of Michigan grad, from midwest, work in technology, extrovert. Love to travel internationally, do sporty things outside and am a major foodie. It would be great to be friendly and occasionally do things with the roommate and not have them lock themselves in the room :)
