$1575 / 2200ft2 - 1BR in Huge 5BR/3BA Penthouse

No broker/no fees. Unique fully furnished 5BR/3BA sun drenched duplex penthouse in a doorman/elevator building. We are seeking a roommate who is sociable, professional, clean, and polite. The apartment features a private roof terrace, greenhouse, and three balconies. We are a two minute walk to the A-C-E / 1-2-3 subways and LIRR. We are looking for someone who adds value, wants to meet new people, and is excited about living in a beautiful communal setting.

Bed/Bath: 5BR/3BA

Financials:
Verification of income is required.
$3,000 security deposit
Expect ~$300/mo utilities (which includes things like fios, wifi everywhere on both floors, regular cleaning, bottled water delivery, party decorations, etc). If you're not ok with that expansive definition of utilities, it probably won't be a good fit.

Availability:
We have one smaller room opening up from 8/1/2021 and want to find a cool, stable, and respectful roommate to join.

Roommates:
Between travel and girlfriends (for some of us), often only half of us are here, which provides a lot of personal space. We all take work seriously, respect the common space, get along well, and have mutual friends. Before Covid, Every month or two, we had a 50-100 person house party which we hope to go back to once appropriate as well as low-key gatherings that would happening a couple times a month (e. g. movie or N64 Mario Kart nights on the roof couches/outdoor movie screen). With that said, we do not have and do not want:
- People sending it 7 nights a week,
- Anyone who is incapable of consistently cleaning up after themselves and respecting common space.

Some of us have cars, park within one block ($~500/mo), and get to the tunnel/west side highway very quickly when we want to get out of the city.
