Looking for roommate to share my apartment in Chelsea, London Terrace Gardens, one of the most iconic building which housed and houses several celebrities.

Roommate gets a very big private bedroom. It’s a one bedroom apartment but separated in a way that you almost feel like you have your own apartment.

I am upstate 20-50% of the time (depending on the season). Also I won't be returning home in the next couple of months) so you will have the place all to yourself.

Close to C/E/1 trains and M23 bus. Also near The Highline, West Side bike path. FIT and SVA.. quiet and Walk to Google HQ, Chelsea Market, Hudson Yards. there’s a grocery store, pharmacy, USPO and Joe Coffee on the block.

This a great deal for the area and the building. I have been living here 20+ year which is why the price have never gone up.
