If you are a young professional starting out working at places like Apple or Google (the two companies are only a ten. minute walk away) this is a great place.. Also, if you are a nurse working at Mt Sinai Blavatnik, Bellevue or Beth-Israel, it is also very close by walking, bus or train. If you are a student at FIT, it is a five minute walk away. The bedroom is the master bedroom of the apartment and has central heating and air conditioning, and "Wifi" is included.
There are two elevators, and a large and very well equipped laundry room...The building Is very clean with a wonderful park for sitting and relaxing and getting some sun on a Sunday afternoon.
