Quite, tall apartment

Old tenant lives in largest bedroom. Smaller bedroom is roommate's place. Kitchen, dining area and bathroom are common. Had successful roommates for many yers. Apartment is furnished for tall tenants: short tenants may have a problem with it. Loud music, loud TV or excessive noise are not permitted in entire building since walls are thin. Otherwise, an extremely quiet building. Apartment facing back from street. Only soft noise one can hear is elevator engine. Apartment is rent control. Rent is 50% plus 10% of it. Utilities are devised equally.
