About the apartment:
-Your rent: $1825
-Needed: first months rent + security deposit ($1835) You must pass background and income requirement.
-Top floor of a 5th floor walk up
-We utilize the doormen next door so your packages will be kept safe
-Laundry in the building next door and a laundrymat directly across the street
-Your room is MASSIVE and has a large closet
-C/E/1 train all close by
-Whole Foods, Gristedes and Trader Joe?s all within 2 blocks

About me:
I am 28 and work a regular 9-6 schedule. I sleep at my boyfriends house ~4 nights a week and I am socially active so I am not home a ton. When I am home I am quiet and in bed during the week at 9/10pm. Looking for a roommate who is quiet, respectful and friendly. Down to grab a drink or dinner whenever but not required for us to be friends.

The tv stand, tv, blue couch and large mirror will be leaving. A grey couch, glass table and kitchen table that are mine are staying. You having a tv and tv stand to contribute to the living room would be ideal.
