- The bedroom is like a mini studio with room for a queen or king bed, seating area, two closets, and private half bath (current roommate using as bedroom/ office)
- Upstairs is my room, the living room (fully furnished), kitchen (fully stocked, newly renovated) and the second bathroom with a shower
- Rent is $2170
- Unfortunately there?s no laundry but there?s a laundromat and dry cleaner on our block (and I send my laundry out through a service)
