Double room available in Chelsea townhouse!

Hi! I am subleasing my double room in a beautiful Chelsea townhouse! Some key details:
- the lease would be available November 1st and ends in 6 MONTHS (May 1st 2020). You can easily extend this lease if you wish! But currently it is available for 6 months only which is handy for some people

- the townhouse is very big with 5 floors in total, but each floor is fully equipped with its own kitchen, plenty of bathrooms, etc. so each floor lives independently. The basement has a communal space which is HUGE with sofas, tv, HBO, Netflix, pool tables, darts, etc. Great for international people who want to make friends!

- fully furnished room and living areas, cleaner comes once a week.

- ALL utilities are included - like internet, water etc ALSO get *free* Netflix, HBO, weekly cleaning, toilet paper, laundry in unit.

- you must be background checked by the property management but usually super easy - if you?re international just need a copy of passport.
