Room in Amazing Chelsea Duplex

Bedroom available in a two bedroom duplex in Chelsea. On the first floor the apartment has a spacious living room with a washer and dryer, a full kitchen with dishwasher, a half bath, coat closet and access to a private outdoor space (already set up with lights in the trees). On the second floor are two bedrooms, the bedroom available is large (can fit a queen bed) with 14ft ceilings and a large closet. There is a shared bathroom, linen cabinet and storage closet. I am still in the process of buying furniture.

The neighborhood is convenient to getting everywhere in the city and quiet. I take the 2/3 up to Columbia everyday and walk through the L so I don't have to be out in the cold. Trader Joes is 5 blocks away, as well as Whole Foods at Union Square. Bed Bath and Beyond is two blocks away.

If you are into fitness, Barry's (which I do) is 3 blocks away, but there is also SoulCycle, Brrr, pilates and basically anything you can think of.
