1 bedroom/1 bathroom with very spacious living room available in January! This unit is in a beautiful brownstone in Chelsea. It has ample storage including a large closet in the main hallway and above the bedroom closet (pictured). The living room fits a 135-inch couch plus side table, coffee table, bar cart, and a full desk (plus TV on the mantle). My boyfriend and I have loved living here for the past year and a half, but are now relocating to a different state and need to sublet. Our lease is currently through July 30, 2020 with the option to renew after that, OR start a new 12-month lease upon move in.

This apartment is located in Chelsea, on a quiet street a few doors down from an elementary school. There are many restaurants, cafes and bars close by! It's also just about an avenue from the High Line, about 5 blocks from Chelsea Market, and there are plenty of public transportation options - the C/E at 23rd Street is two blocks away, and the 1/2 lines at 18th Street is about a 7-8 minute walk.

*Financial info: Our monthly rent is $3,385. Security deposit is $3,385. Anyone interested in taking over our current lease through July would pay a net effective rent of $3,244/month with 2-weeks free in July 2020.
