1bdr in a 3bdr apartment in the heart of Chelsea

We are looking to fill one room in our 3bdr apartment. The apartment is spacious and in a great location in the heart of Chelsea. We are women in our late 20s and both work full time and take good care of the apartment. We are extremely clean and respectful of each other and the space.

There is an elevator in the building and we have a live in super who is great. There is no laundry in the building but there is a mat across the street. Looking for a Aug 1 move in but willing to be a little flexible for the right person.
