The room is 175 square feet, with two 6' high windows looking east over 7th Avenue. It's unfurnished. There is a walk-in closet, plus hardwood floors. The apartment has 9' ceilings throughout.

The building has a 24-hour doorman.

Electricity and Wi-Fi are shared expenses. Washing facilities in the building or there is a good and reasonably priced cleaner across the street.

I work from home on my start-up 24/7 and live a quiet life so I'm looking for someone who would be compatible with my lifestyle. I like to keep things clean and expect the roommate to share the chores, or chip in for a cleaner

Chelsea is one of the premier neighborhoods in Manhattan; Walking distance to the Whitney Museum, Highline, West Side Highway, Trader Joe's, etc. The location is hard to beat.

The apartment was painted a month ago.

I'll need one month's security deposit and the first month's rent.

The building requires everyone to wear a mask in common areas: lobby, laundry etc. I need a roommate who takes COVID-19 protocols seriously.
